If none seem like the right fit, you can even start your own with the sponsorship of a faculty member.
Scholarships for Stand-out Students
Student Life sponsors a few student scholarships designed for outstanding student leaders. The Student Government Association Book Scholarship is open to all students with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Moraine Valley has 12 athletics teams that compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association and the Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference. Numerous intramural sports teams compete for fun and bragging rights each semester. Intramurals are offered through the college's Health, Fitness and Recreation Center--called FitRec.
